Saturday, March 13th
l CBHS’s Adoptable Pets Event at the Sunflower House (located in Merritt Square Mall) – 777 E. Merritt Island Causeway, Merritt Island, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event showcases some of the Central Brevard Humane Society’s (CBHS) shelter dogs & cats, and will provide the public with fun educational information about responsible pet ownership. There will also be CBHS merchandise there for purchase. All proceeds go to help provide care to the homeless animals in Brevard County.
l St. PETrick’s Day Adopt-a-Thon at the Central Brevard Humane Society – 1020 Cox Road, Cocoa, from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Central Brevard Humane Society will be hosting their “St. PETrick’s” Adopt-a-thon, in conjunction with Aloha Pet & Bird Hospital, the North & South Animal Care Centers and S.P.C.A. of North Brevard on Saturday, March 13th and Sunday, March 14th, from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (both days) at the Humane Society, located at 1020 Cox Road in Cocoa.
The event will include special pricing on all types of adoptable pets, FREE microchipping for each pet adopted during the 2-day event, door prizes and refreshments. For more information, contact the Central Brevard Humane Society at (321) 636-3343.

There will also be CBHS merchandise there for purchase. All proceeds will go to help provide care to the homeless animals in Brevard County.
l Whiskers, Wags & Wine Event at Hayes Meats & Gourmet Foods – 285 Fortenberry Rd., Merritt Island, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission is “FREE” for everyone including the “furry” friends. The event will feature wine tasting & hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment by Photographs from a Moving Vehicle, chair massages, raffle prizes and much, much more! All animals must be on a leash and have proof of current shots along with a county tag.

l "Bone to Be Wild" Event to Benefit the Central Brevard Humane Society at Our Place Saloon – 6815 Riveredge Drive, Titusville, beginning at 12 noon
This “FREE” pet-friendly event promises loads of fun for every member of the family - both two and four legged! Come enjoy a pool tournament (entry fee $5.00), shuffleboard, horseshoes, cornhole, a dog wash station (pamper your dog to a relaxing doggy bath), live entertainment, 50/50 raffle, food with a cash bar and much, much more! Donations of pet supplies are greatly appreciated.
